Common questions
Can I still get my files when I'm away from home?
Yes, if you'd like. I can set up secure remote access so your phone reaches your home cloud from anywhere with internet — or leave it home-only for maximum privacy.
What happens if the power goes out?
A small battery backup keeps it running through short outages and shuts it down safely during long ones.
Is it complicated to use?
Day to day, it just works in the background. Your photos and folders show up in apps you already know.
Can I move my photos out of iCloud or Google?
Yes — I'll bring your existing photos and files home as part of the install.
